This is an application for a reservation. Please download and read the Clubhouse Usage and Rental Rules, Checklist, and Clubhouse Inventory. By completing this online reservation you are agreeing to comply with all requirements listed in the Clubhouse Usage and Rental Rules.
The rental includes the River Walk clubhouse main room, kitchen, bathrooms, front and rear porch, and the outside surrounding lawn areas but does not include the fitness center, pool area, and tennis courts.
In accordance with Fire and Life Safety codes, the maximum occupancy of the Event Room is 150 people; therefore, event attendance cannot exceed 150 people. The fee for renting the Event Room is $200.
The clubhouse reservation and rental fee can be processed and paid here. Please check the portal calendar for date availability before booking. Any dates already reserved will be marked on the calendar. Rental time commences at 12:00 pm (noon) and must conclude by 12:00 am (midnight) including clean-up. The alarm is automatically activated at the end of the day and if set off will result in a $100 charge.
In the event of a cancellation by a homeowner, only $150 will be refunded with the exception of peak rental periods of May, June, November, and December wherein the reservation fee is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled by a homeowner.
Homeowners who wish to rent the Clubhouse (“Renter”), must also be in good standing with River Walk Recreation Association, Inc. (i.e. no outstanding delinquent assessments or charges due to the Association or other unresolved violations).
All reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance of the event and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A reservation request will be confirmed once the $200 Rental Fee is received.
