This is for residents in the Laurel Park Elevator Condominium I and Laurel Park Elevator Condominium II.

Parking Passes will delivered to residents onsite at a date that will be announced via email. After that date, passes will be mailed upon receipt of this form. Please allow 5-7 business days for your pass to arrive in the mail.

Passes must be displayed in the registered vehicle. Vehicles that violate the Association’s Rules and Regulations are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Each unit will only be issued one pass for the assigned spot and one overflow parking pass. Both vehicles must be registered. Any passes that are misplaced or damaged will cost $10.00 to replace.

If at any time, you replace your vehicle and/or license plate, you will need to complete a new registration.
